Shipping

When you place an order with Impressista, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible.

 

We do our best to provide the best shipping rates and delivery times for our customers. By doing so, we collaborate with multiple shipping companies, meaning that the delivery time may vary, and you may have to pay border tax. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a detailed report regarding your parcel's shipping process via e-mail, in a few days time after placing your order. Because of some unpredictable and uncontrollable occurrences, your parcel's arrival may be delayed, and we take no responsibility in this case. However, if your parcel has not arrived in the expected timeframe, we kindly ask you to reach out to us, by replying to the email you received with the shipping details, or simply at impressista@mail.com .

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns and give refunds. The only case in which you can receive a full/partial refund is by showing proof that you received broken or deteriorated items, by the time you remove the seal of your parcel's packaging, and within 14 days of receiving your order. The refund value will be fairly established by the vendor, according to the value of the damaged items, and issued to your original form of payment within 3-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
